Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Armoire Gemzis. This policy explains return eligibility, deadlines, refunds, damaged items, cancellations, and the additional rights available to customers in the European Union.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, the item being returned, and the reason for the return.
Do not send a product to the address printed on its original shipping label and do not return a product without receiving return authorization and return instructions from us. Products may be fulfilled from different warehouses, and unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or lost.
United States Returns
For orders delivered within the United States, return requests for eligible items must be submitted within seven calendar days after the order is marked as delivered.
If an order arrives in multiple packages, the seven-day period begins when the final package in that order is marked as delivered.
After a return is authorized, the product must be shipped using the provided instructions within seven calendar days.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered.

Free from stains, odors, cosmetics, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Returned with all original tags attached.

Returned in its original clear garment packaging with its SKU label.

Accompanied by proof of purchase and the return authorization information.
Trying on an eligible garment for fit is permitted, provided it remains clean, undamaged, and otherwise meets the conditions above.
We reserve the right to decline a return or apply a restocking deduction of up to 20% when a returned item does not satisfy these conditions, where permitted by law.
Final-Sale and Non-Returnable Items
For United States and other non-EU orders, the following categories are final sale and are not eligible for discretionary or change-of-mind returns:

Bodysuits.

Face masks.
-
Intimates and lingerie.
-
Jewelry.
-
Swimwear.
-
Open-pack wholesale products.
-
Gift cards.
-
Personalized or custom-made products.
Final-sale restrictions do not apply when an item is verified as damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrectly supplied, or when applicable law requires a remedy.
The product page or checkout may identify additional products as final sale before purchase.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
For an order delivered in multiple packages, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final package is delivered.
To exercise this right, the customer must send us a clear statement of withdrawal within the 14-day period. The customer must then return the goods within 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.
EU customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase unless we agree otherwise or the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
EU customers may inspect a product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a physical store.
Any legally applicable exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including exceptions for personalized products or sealed hygiene-sensitive products after their seal has been broken, continue to apply.
The commercial seven-day US return period and the US final-sale list do not replace or reduce mandatory EU withdrawal rights or statutory rights concerning defective goods.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect the order immediately after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within seven calendar days after the final package is marked as delivered.
Provide:

A clear description of the problem.

Photographs of the complete item.

Close-up photographs showing the damage or defect.

Photographs of the outer and inner packaging.

A photograph of the shipping label.

A photograph of the product tags and SKU label, when available.
Keep the product, its original packaging, tags, shipping box, and all packing materials until the claim has been resolved. The fulfillment provider or carrier may require these materials as part of its investigation.
After verification, the remedy may include a replacement, repair, price reduction, store credit where accepted by the customer, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Return shipping for a verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item will be covered by us.
Minor differences in color caused by screen settings, normal variations in pattern placement, or measurement differences within the tolerances disclosed on the product page are not automatically considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an eligible product is returned and approved, the customer may place a new order for the preferred size, color, or product. Availability of the replacement product is not guaranteed.
Return Shipping
For ordinary US change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until the return is completed. We are not responsible for customer returns lost or damaged before reaching the authorized return location.
Do not send returns “cash on delivery” or with unpaid postage. Such shipments may be refused.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for ordinary US and other non-EU change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges will be refunded when required by law or when the return results from a verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item.
For a valid EU withdrawal, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Additional charges resulting from the customer selecting an upgraded or express delivery method are not refundable unless required by law.
Refund Processing
Returns are inspected after they arrive at the authorized return location.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after receipt of the return for inspection and processing. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After we issue a refund, banks and payment providers may require an additional 3–10 business days to display it in the customer’s account. This processing time is controlled by the payment provider.
We do not control exchange-rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by the customer’s bank. When a purchase and refund involve currency conversion, the refunded amount shown in another currency may differ slightly because exchange rates can change.
For EU withdrawals, refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Partial Returns and Promotional Orders
If only part of an order is returned, the refund applies only to the approved returned products.
If a discount, bundle offer, free gift, or free-shipping threshold depended on the original order value, returning part of the order may cause the remaining order to no longer qualify for that promotion. Where permitted by law, the value of an unreturned promotional item or the applicable promotional adjustment may be deducted from the refund.
Any such deduction will be explained before the refund is completed.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours after the order is placed.
A cancellation request is not guaranteed. Orders may begin processing quickly, and an order cannot normally be cancelled after it enters fulfillment or has shipped.
If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may request a return after delivery, provided the item qualifies under this policy.
If we cancel an unshipped order because an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable, any refund or reshipment will be processed after the returned package is confirmed.
Where permitted by law, original shipping costs and any additional reshipping or return-to-sender costs may be deducted from the refund.
Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
We reserve the right to investigate and refuse claims involving materially false information, altered evidence, repeated policy abuse, return of a different product, deliberate damage, or other suspected fraud.
This does not limit legitimate consumer rights or prevent customers from submitting a genuine claim.
EU Legal Guarantee and Normal Wear
EU consumers may submit a claim concerning a product that did not conform to the sales contract at the time of delivery within the statutory period provided by applicable law.
The legal guarantee is not a right to return a product after prolonged use and is not a promise that clothing will remain unchanged for two years.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or mechanical damage, improper use, incorrect sizing, stains, odors, friction damage, fabric pilling consistent with use, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, chemicals, or other care that does not follow the product’s care instructions.
When reviewing a claim, we may request photographs, order information, care details, proof of purchase, and return of the product for inspection. The condition of the complete garment, fabric, seams, labels, and signs of use may be considered when determining the cause of the problem.
A reattached or retained product tag does not by itself establish that a product is unused or defective.
Where a lack of conformity is verified, the available remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, repair or replacement may be offered before a price reduction or refund.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version published when that order was placed, except where a later change is required by law.
